I thought your service was excellent, couldn't fault it in any regard. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and it was a last minute booking so it took a lot of work and effort to find us some availability over the dates we wanted to go.

We felt welcome from the step into the hotel and everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable and went above and beyond. We stayed with the Fairmont Gold team and everything was outstanding from service to our morning chats with the waiting staff which where always interested in how our day was on the mountain and they always did it with a smile.

We used the Chamois ski hire shop, they could not have been more helpful and friendly, ant the end of every day the girls snow boots were waiting for them by the seats ready for them to change!

Excellent. Though this is a RockResorts property it has the feel of a private hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly and deal happily with all requests.

The service is comprehensive. Karen Anderson, with whom we have dealt for some years, is unfailingly helpful and makes recommendations which we have found to be very reliable.

Our accommodation was comfortable and clean, and was well-equipped. It was extremely conveniently located to the lift, the best position we have ever experienced in a ski-in-ski-out apartment.

Everything was very easy - the passes were sent to us before we travelled, and the skis we hired were just beside the main reception area. It couldn't have been simpler.

Really happy with Ski Independence - the planning and itinerary is so well organised I know exactly what I’m doing and when and everything is really clearly explained and planned. That’s why I booked a second trip with Ski Independence and will do so in future. The recommendations of resorts to suit my budget have always been spot on too and perfectly fit my requests.
