Great service as ever - with Covid restrictions it was a bit daunting committing to a ski holiday in Canada but we are so glad we did. Well worth all the extra paperwork and testing. So good to get back on the slopes.

As our original holiday to France was cancelled, Karen (with support from Catherine) put together a new holiday in short order which was as closely tied to our preferences as possible. We very much appreciated their flexibility, creativity and hard work in making our vacation possible (and a joy!) in such a difficult situation.

Once again you went the extra mile to ensure we had the perfect holiday. From choosing our local airport to the private taxi transfer it was superb. The flexibility from self catered accommodation allows you to enjoy the fabulous French cuisine on offer. Our ski in ski out apartment was superb well equipped and immaculately clean and spacious. Even the sun shone for the whole 6 days and the sky was bluer than blue. I know you cannot ensure the last two factors but it was almost like you had.

High standards here in the F&B and housekeeping depts. Enjoyed the Gold Room very much. Experience guides are excellent and provide a varied programme.
