Hotel was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, and room and facilities were 5 star. The location was also perfect with easy access to slopes.

We stayed at Chalet Izia. It was perfect for our family of five! We were also only holiday with some other families. Spacious, comfortable and stylish accommodation, lovely communal areas and nice pool / spa area.

Great apartment. 2 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. Helpful and friendly staff and swimming pool, jacuzzi area was a great extra to have. Location for ESF ski school and ski in/ski out was perfect for us.

Very impressed by how responsive you were to our queries. Replies were prompt, and holiday plans matched the specification we proposed. Fairmont Waterfront was outstanding choice for our short city break in Vancouver at the end of the holiday.
